Urban Outfitters seeks a candidate to join our growing Digital Marketing team and contribute to scaling our Affiliate marketing program. This role is highly cross-functional where teamwork, innovation, analysis, and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this position’s responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate who possess an eagerness to learn and has interest in thoughtful, data-driven marketing to drive meaningful growth for the channel and the brand.


  • Work closely with Associate Manager of Digital Marketing as point of contact with external agency to communicate business priorities, promotional updates, and optimization strategies
  • Develop strong relationships with top affiliates and other third-party partners to ensure teams are up to date with promotional calendars, creatives, and general business performance
  • Continually monitor and analyze channel performance to adjust strategies to aid in reaching business goals and core channel KPIs
  • Keep record of all affiliate content generated and provide weekly insights that highlight channel performance relative to demand plans and budget pacing
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and analytics teams to identify areas of efficiency and improvement to drive effective growth
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams on weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities, and work with Associate Manager on translating into actionable marketing plans
  • Conduct research and provide recruitment opportunities to external agency and internal team to grow and diversify Urban Outfitters’ Affiliate program
  • Assist in planning and execution of Urban Outfitters’ robust influencer program


  • 1-2 years’ experience in Affiliate and/or performance marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet business goals
  • Ability to analyze channel data and turn into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Passion for digital, staying on top of the changing ecosystem including advertising formats, channels, and technologies
  • Growth mindset
  • Positive, can-do, problem solving attitude, purposeful, but ability to have fun, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
