We Are Seeking A Talented Technical Support Specialist Who Thrives on Helping Customers Achieve Thir Goals. AS A Technical Support Specialist, You Will Be Answing Inbound Technical Inquiries, Providing How-to Walkthroughs for Customers, Publishing Documentation In Our Knowledge Base, And Ensuring Customers Are Set Up for Success. The Role is a Great OpportUnity to Have Interaction with Customer Stakeholders and In Turn, Have A Direct Impact on the Business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success and Support, The Ideal Candidate Has A Background, Technical Troubleshooting, and Customer Service Has A Creative Edge And Is Looking to Uplevel Thir Career.


Answer Inquiries Via Live Chat and Email from Customers and Schedule Online Walkthroughs as Required.

Serve as the First Line of Response for Technical Issues and “How-to” Inquiries.

Develop Strong Relationships with Admins Across A Diverse User Base.

Work Directly with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to Quickly Resolve Customer Issues.

Drive High Utizelation of Product Features Through Recommended Solutions.

Identify Creative, Out-of-the-Box Ways in Which Customers Can Achieve Thir Goals.

Update Support Documentation Tied to GTM Releases and Updated Platform Functionality.


2+ Years of Professional Experience In The Software, Consulting, OR E-Learning Industries.

3+ Years of Experience Answing Inbound Technical Support Inquiries, Providing Associated Solutions, and Training Admins on Platform Functionality.

ProfiTo and Comfortable Overseeing Inbound Technical Inquiries That Involve Multiple Resources Across Multiple Teams.

Outstanding Interpersonal Skills with the Ability to Quickly Build Rapport with Customers from Various Backgrounds.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

Experience with Intercom and Jira IS A Plus.

Creative Project Examples Are A Plus, Professional or Personal Initiatives.

Passion for Working In A Fast-Paced and High-Growth Software Company.
