Our team consists of several dozen experienced marketers who are waiting to help Markem earn more thanks to advertising in each paid ecosystem – Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Allegro, Amazon, etc. – as well as creating content in social media or content on blogs Corporate, websites, landing page.

In connection with the development, we are looking for better than ourselves.

At the moment we are looking for a team Leader who will cover a team of specialists from paying and creating content to help them achieve above-average results.

If:

You have experience as a person managing a digital team on the side of the agency or client, this offer for you,

You have experience as a Performance / Social / Digital Marketing Specialist and you will be able to support your team at the substantive level,

You are a responsible person, perfectly organized and set for the implementation of the set goals,

You have high communication skills,

You can work remotely,

What exactly will be among your duties?

Managing the daily work of the team – and everything that binds about

Recruitment of people to their team together with the HR department (participation in recruitment talks) and onboarding specialists who will join him

Taking care of achieving KPI and the development of projects under the team’s care,

Reporting and analysis of the team’s work – from the results of the profitability of the projects based on the tools supplied,

Cooperation on internal projects in the organization (implementation of procedures and solutions, which are designed to expand Digitalk to a even better company).

Recruitment stages:

1. Recruitment conversation by Google Meet from Chief Operating officer – your future partner in everyday, which will check your competences and matching the team,

2. If the conversation is successful, the second stage is an online meeting 1 on 1 from CEO, Artur Jabłoński to talk about the details of cooperation.

3. If everything goes well – what we believe! – We start cooperation.
