Technical and commercial specialist

As a technical and commercial specialist you will be:

He advised the customer in choosing the best solutions that meet his expectations,

he gave the customer in support for handling devices,

built relationships based on the existing contact base,

he improved his work workshop by participating in meetings and trainings,

He co-founded the company’s product policy and monitored the situation in our industry

provided adequate customer service visiting sales salon (including administrative service: prepared offers, sales documents)

Skills and experience we are looking for:

at least technical secondary education,

Knowledge of key mechanisms of TCP / IP network operation, address transmission, VLAN, VPN, System, DNS, Dyndns, SMTP, SNMP, NTP, FTP, SFTP,

the ability to configure network devices,

knowledge of the basics of electrotechnics,

knowledge of photo-optics issues,

the ability to manage customer relationships,

Ability to use negotiation and sales techniques, including Up-Selling and Cross-Selling,

driving license category B welcome,

Knowledge of the Office suite,

Experience on a similar position and security or electrotechnical industry – welcome.
