To the Social Media section we are looking for a person who has experience in managing a team from the Digital Marketing area (welcome social media, creation, Content Marketing).

Your duties

Managing a team of a team, responsibility for the results, the implementation of the objectives and the direction of the team’s development

Close cooperation with teams – strategic, Content Marketing, SEM, Client Success, graphic band and external subcontractors

Collection of sales offers

Developing business partners in accordance with its goals and needs

Creating a Social Media strategy

Co-creation, administration and management of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn)

Image campaign management in Facebook ADS

Analysis and reporting of activities carried out

What are we expecting?

At least an annual experience in team management

Skills to build good relationships with both clients, like

and colleagues, openness and communicators

Experience in using data from Google Analytics and Facebook ADS

A considerable dose of creativity that will allow you to create innovative strategies and an analytical approach, necessary to measure the efficiency of actions

Accuracy, aesthetic sense

Keeping deadlines, efficient operation and not to postpone matters for later
