Work you’ll do:

Central to this role is to serve as a subject matter expert on Deloitte’s off-platform ecosystem of channels, comprised of audience touchpoints across social media, mobile apps, podcasts, and digital advertising.

  • You will work closely with technologists, product managers, change and adoption specialists, and business intelligence teams to advance the use of enterprise technologies supporting Deloitte’s channel ecosystem.
  • In this role, you will provide support and management of Deloitte’s key social media programs, create best practices and training materials for the network, and implement new global digital marketing guidelines and governance.
  • You will manage strategic projects such as channel rationalization, brand ambassador program refresh, and other strategic projects influencing the broader member firm network.
  • Use your communication skills by leading and educating internal stakeholders and cross-functional team members, as well as managing a large-scale project end-to-end is a must.
  • Oversee and manage service/support programs, education/training, vendor management, social media management tools, etc.
  • Serve as Social Media SME to the Member Firm community of Marketers providing regular channel and platform updates on Community Calls and Forums.

  • Fundamental understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Experience with enterprise social media technology
  • Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing/social media experience within corporate communications or agency environments
  • Informed on digital marketing trends and industry best practices
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Very comfortable communicating and delivering social and digital concepts to sometimes uninformed audiences
  • Superior interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills
