The Douglas Brooke Homes and Trinity Building and Designs corporate family is a growing organization in the fast-paced construction industry. We are expanding into multiple states and looking for A+ Rock Star Team Members that want to be a part of an organization that values Team Members’ individual strengths! We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist that is excited by the opportunity of developing creative strategies to promote our growing brand and maximizing sales potential! If selected for this opportunity, you will be involved in all aspects of the organization’s digital marketing, website management, social media engagement, Google presence, reputation management, and more.


Include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the day-to-day social media marketing and correspondence for all communities across our social channels
  • Manage company websites and hosting platforms, including keeping information current and visually appealing
  • Create, curate, and manage all published social content (images, video and written)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users across all platforms in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Develop and expand community outreach efforts
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation management through online reviews, and respond to each review as the brand voice
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Compile reports for management showing results by campaign and advertising source (ROI)
  • Work closely with the onsite teams to assist in the conceptualization and execution of advertising/marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, creating visual presentations of home models for the sales team, etc.
  • Develop and execute a social calendar and strategy
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEM and social advertising campaigns
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
  • Manage Google Analytics to discuss campaign strategies and insure an ROI on advertising campaigns
  • Work with management to develop an annual marketing/advertising budget and ensure adherence to approved budget
  • Train company employees on best practices for effective social media engagement efforts


  • Work experience in the digital marketing/advertising field
  • Thorough knowledge on social media & digital marketing best practices
  • Artistic background, including graphic design, videography or other related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Mac Computers
  • Delivering WOW Service to customers, clients, and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
