Season for fields is an online natural food market. We provide conscious consumers access to craft food from selected farmers and trusted producers. In the field, we believe that the tradition of a craft should survive. Therefore, we support small crops, old varieties, natural cultures and traditional production methods.

We are looking for creative communication enthusiasts and qualitative food. A mass of interesting and diverse tasks that will not allow you to get bored:

Creating and strengthening the company’s image and building relationships with media, influence and shareholders;

Independent creation and management of communication on company Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) profiles;

Calendar management. Season for field;

Support in the optimization of the customer’s experience in the purchasing process;

Creating engaging newsletter communication and advertising and promotional materials;

Coordination of cooperation with influencers;

Cooperation with internal partners (Offer’s Department, Performance Marketing, Logistics) and External (Specialists on Marketing Performance, Graphics, Copywriters, Photographers);

Active acquisition of free traffic.

There are definitely a few super power in the tasks:

Passion for craft and qualitative food and drink;

Curiosity to explore knowledge about personnel customers;

Ability to convince to their right;

Openness to experimenting and testing ideas;

Independence, proactivity, good work organization and timeliness;

A minimum of two years of experience in independent planning and conducting marketing activities preferentially in business from e-commerce or healthy food;

Experience in preparing marketing and advertising materials, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, landing pages, posts in Social Media;

Practical knowledge of Social Media, Basics of Google Analytics and tools for shipping newsletters and marketing automation;

Orientation in issues related to SEO and Content Marketing;

The ability to create bright and concrete briefs;

Good knowledge of marketing and e-commerce trends;

Ability to work with data, drawing out accurate conclusions and then choking them into concrete actions carrying out business goals;

Light pen and the ability to match communication to the channel and target group;

Excellent use of Polish language;

And what do we give from yourself?

B2B agreement with remuneration 6000 – 8000 net or a contract for a remuneration of PLN 5,000 – PLN 7,000 gross;

Necessary work tools (business laptop and telephone);

After the implementation period, remote work partially;
