Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Cooperating directly with Clients (with the support of PM)
• Leading UX projects (1-3 at the same time)
• Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
• Cooperating with Heads of other departments (Research & Strategy, Web & Mobile Development, Digital Analytics & Optimization)
• Working in end-to-end digital process
• Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
• Mentoring younger designers
• Improving workflow and defining internal processes
• Reporting to Head of Design

Your Profile & Skills Required:

• 2+ years of documented commercial experience
• Extensive portfolio of commercial projects
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+)
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out
• Good understanding of business and technology
• Experience in UX Audits
• Extreme attention to details
• You’re a quick learner
