Being a Senior Sales Representative Means That You Are A Core Part of A Sales Team Responsible for Making The Loans Happen and Farmers Get The Funding They Need.

AS A Senior Sales Representative You Will: Call Back Any Leads That Filled Out Our Form Or Contacted US In Anna Way

Gather All the Necessary Information and Prepare Loan Offers to The Farmers

Ensure That The Loan Is Successfully Granted

Explore Any Channel That Can Feed You More Leads

To fit this role, we are looking for a team member with awards-on mentality that can communicate and build empathy with our clients – Farmers.

There are two main main backgrounds to be a loan sales manager in our company:

Minimum 2 Years Experience AS A Business Development Representative / Sales Manager in the Financial IndustryknowledgeLedge of the Loan Market In Your Region and The Common Processes and Practices

Knowledge of the Loan Products and Conditions Available for Farmers and Being Abe to Fully Analyze Financial Documents

Identify OpportUnities with our Financing Products

Minimum 2 Years AS AN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS SALES PERSONKNOWLEDGE OF THE AGRICULTURAL ENVIRENT IN YOUR REGION, Products Market and Resellers

Being Abe to Communicate and Establish A Connection With The Farming Community AT A Deeper Level

Identify and Approach Product Resellers and Other Sales Channels to Increase Lead Generation and Quality

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Polish and English Are NECESSARY
