What will you do:

advising customers during remote meetings (several online videoconferencing per day)

Recommend changes and improvements to the management board and authorities of companies,

optimization of customer sales processes and funnel,

analyzing sales data in CRM and similar Casbeg customer systems,

performing mysterious customer tests and auditing Casbeg customers sales,

conducting sales workshops with customer trade teams,

building sales teams and verify the skills of candidates in customer recruitment processes,

analysis of Casbeg clients competition and monitoring current market trends,

Current cooperation with the Casbeg consultant team (strong players!).

you know, you understand and can solve the problems of sales departments,

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales,

you have experience in the IT industry / new technologies,

You know at least one CRM system (eg Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Hubspot)

You can easily generate ideas, how to get a client,

you worked in various industries and in various sizes of organizations,

You can manage a team and projects,

You supported Leady from many sources,

You can notice the opportunities to sell where others do not see them,

You can set goals and you are focused on their implementation,

you are not afraid of experiments and failures,

You understand that “the only constant is a change”,

You perfectly use Polish and English at the level of min. B2,

You already have enough monotonous responsibilities, uncertain bonuses, remuneration dependent on sales results …
