We advise companies in Casbeg. We are looking for a sales director, that is, a person who will advise and support our clients in the development of their business and sales management.

We are a team of business consultants, which from January 2018 advises the management of B2B and e-commerce companies in sales, marketing and customer service. Every day we help customers in achieving goals, increasing their revenues and profits. What will you do?

Defining sales and business problems of our clients – Customers will often ask you “What specifically we do to sell more?”,

Remote consultancy and business customer service (videoconferences, email)

Optimization of customer sales processes and funnel – will belong to your tasks Talking to companies which should stop doing, and what they should implement to their daily practices,

Analyzing sales data in CRMA and similar systems

Making a mysterious customer testing and sales auditing

Conducting sales workshops with commercial teams – our tips do not end with what the customer should do to have more customers. We also show him how it should do and then check if it does.

Analysis of Casbeg clients competition and monitoring current market trends

Cooperation with Casbeg consultants (we are practicing, we spent many years for sale and marketing before we started advising)

Skills and experience necessary for start:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling B2B

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry

Very good knowledge of at least one CRM system (eg Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Hubspot)

The ability to analyze sales data and optimization of sales results – you must explain why it is worth measuring the length of the sales cycle, conversions and causes to lecture potential customers and show the board of the company, which can do thanks to this given,

Excellent knowledge of the Polish language and knowledge of English at least B2

Professional communication with the client

Free and agile management of project implementation


Experience in building sales teams

Experience in employing traders

Commitment in the development of companies

Experience in working in heavily differential organizations

Good knowledge of processing processes – outbound. It is worth knowing why some Cold e-mails are treated as spam and others help realistically get customers,
