AS OUL PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST, You’L BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
In-depth Analysis of Clients Problems – We Focus on Quality
E-mail and Voice Communication in English with Our Customers
Troubleshooting Calls Via Zoom or Google Meet
Coordinating Activities and Issue Management, Aided by The Use Of The Latest Communication Solutions
Cooperating With Other Team Members (Mostly Developers) to Solve Customer Issues
This Is What We Are Looking for:
2+ Years of Experience Working in Product Support in the Area of Software
Polish and English Language Proficiency, Enabling Fluent Verbal and E-mail Communication (C1 Level)
Excellent Organizational Skills for Detailed and Priority-Orientated Work
The Ability to Identify and Solve Problems UNSUPERVISED
Availability To Work In Shifts Between 6 AM To 10 PM
Willingness to Learn Constantly
In-depth Knowledge of Jira Issue and Project Tracking Software
Knowledge of Other Languages
