Responsibilities:
- Digital enhancements such as website updates, search engine optimization, social media, marketing automation, mobile, and metrics.
- Maintain content for digital properties, enhance functionality and user experience.
- Optimize market/product content and messaging and for the best user experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and opportunities to improve the digital brand, evolve ideas, define requirements and develop solutions that bring together brand goals, campaign objectives and audience.
- Develop and administer new digital assets in support of sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure web content and navigation supports firm goals and aligns with the overall digital strategy. Perform quality assurance on properties (i.e. site features) to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Drive personalization of content and measure and report on campaign and channel performance of assets to identify usage.
- Design and develop digital templates and forms. Optimize page design for greater conversion.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in marketing or business related field
- 2+ years relevant work experience, preferably in a marketing or digital marketing capacity
- Experience in site content development and layout and familiarity with content management systems, (ie. JavaScript, CSS, Drupal and HTML) strongly preferred
Successful candidate will have the following:
- Must have solid analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, time management, decision making and verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of (or ability to obtain) the asset management market and products is required
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and word required
- Ability to learn systems and applications used within the firm required
- Must be detail oriented, able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and able to maintain confidentiality
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Minimum Salary: USD $58,700.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $114,000.00/Yr. Additional Information:
