We are a team developing its own Woodpecker web application, for building and maintaining business relationships. It uses clients from around the world (in this majority from the USA). In September, we introduced a company to the NewConnect market and plan to put another steps on the stock market.

We are looking for a manager / manager who will help us in building a unique, coherent and multi-channel business communication, including the development and implementation of PR & IR action strategies. We care about it to be a proactive person, independent, well-organized that can and likes to cooperate with others, quickly takes decisions and is open to a feedback.

Main tasks

IR: Building and implementing the Company’s communication strategy with investors

Preparing materials for investors, updating a website dedicated to investors

Cooperation with the Brokerage House and GPW representatives

Coordination of additional activities carried out by the IR Agency

Building and maintaining relationships with Polish investors (mainly in Warsaw)

Collection and analysis of feedback from the capital market

Active cooperation with CFO as part of the preparation of cyclical periodic reports

PR: Building and implementing a multi-channel company communication strategy

Preparation of information and presentation materials (including press releases, PowerPoint presentations) in cooperation with CEO, CMO, Creative Director

Preparation of PR action reports: Analyzing the efficiency of the campaign conducted, drawing applications, preparation of amendments

Taking care of a positive image of the company in the media and on the capital market

your profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in business communication and the Investor Relations area

You have experience in independent planning and implementation of such communication (PR and IR)

You use Polish and English (in speech and written

You can create engaging content

You organize your work yourself and you are proactively

You are happy to conduct presentations and communicate effectively

You like people and easily make new relationships

You are not afitious to negotiate, you can suggest optimal solutions, but also to admit your mistake and deploy your feedback

You can control stress and make quick decisions

An additional advantage is for us

Experience in conducting communication activities of a Stock Exchange (as a specialist in the internal structure or on behalf of a specialized IR / PR agency)

Experience in working in a joint-stock company from the IT industry

Knowledge in the field of information obligations of listed companies, issues of investor relations, the functioning of the Capital Market
