AS A Partner Success Manager at Honeycomb You Will:

Onboard and Develop New Partner Relationships – Helping Them Realize and Utilize The Value Of Our Products

Troubleshoot and Resolve Partner Issues of Both Technical and Transactional Nature

Advocate for our products as well as for our agency and broker partners

Actively Inform The Product Design Loop by Delivering Feedback and Insights From Our Partner Network

Digital Product Savvy: Ability to Support Customers Through The Full Digital Product Journey (Implementation, Product Education, Tech Support, Billing, etc.)

An Educator: Effectively Teaches Partners Best Practices, Easiest Ways to Use Thir Products AS Well AS Passing Knowledge on Industry News and Advancements to Maximize Value to Customers

Agile and Adaptable: Thrives in Start-up Environment, Rolls with Changes and Maintains Positive Can-to Attitude
