We Are Looking For An Experienced Paid Search & Paid Social Manager to Join Our Growing Team. AS A Paid Search / Social Manager You Will Be Responsible for Planning, Implementing, and Managing Earth Class Mail Paid Strategies Across Search, Social and Display. AS OUR Online Advertising Performance is Extremely Important to The Success of Our Business, Your Position Will Play A Significant Role In Driving Business Growth.

Your Scope

Channel OwnerShipplan, Manage, and Implement Paid Search & Paid Social Campaigns

Plan, Manage and Implement Display & Video Campaigns

Work with Major Channels Including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, And Bing

Make Ongoing Optimizations to Meet Campaign Objectives, Including Budget Management, Monitoring on-Site Conversion ActionS, Bid Management, Negative Keyword Strategies, AD Creative & Landing Page REVISIONS

Work Closely With Brand & Content And Marketing Operations and Technology Teams to Execute Campaigns and Plan Paid Search / Social Growth

Use Strong Analytical and Data StoryTelling Skills With The Abilites To Identify And Communicate Trends And Insights

Collaborate with Creative Teams to Develop Content for ads and posts

Communicate Effectively; Prepare and Present Campaign Reports to Clients

Identify, Execute & Analyze Paid Search / Social Beta Tests & New Platform Opportunities

Identify Problems and Deficiencies and Implement Solutions in A Timely Manner

Suggest Improvements for Process and Productivity Optimization

Drive Audience Segmentation Strategy for New And Existing Customers Within Digital Marketing Executable Channels for Maximum Reach and Roas.

Support and Lead the Identification, Evaluation, Execution, and Development of New Opportunities, Vendors, and Technologies.

Ensure Proper Tracking and Attribution Across Programs and Channels Using Various Systems.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with the Creative Team to Develop Effective Processes for Working Collaboratively to Achieve Company Objectives.

Partner with Finance to Drive Forecasts for Performance Program. Manage Expenses, and Deploy Spending to Maximize Roi.

Provide Guidance on Digital-First Briefs, partner with the Creative Team and Product Teams to Developful Digital ASSETS and Digital Website / Landing Pages, and Align on Best Practices.

RequirementsBachelor’s Degree Business, Marketing, Or Related Field. MBA preferred.

5+ Years Of Experience Planning and Implementing Successful Paid Search / Social Strategy and Campaigns (Agency Experience Preferred)

In-depth Knowledge of Google Analytics, Business Manager, Google AdWords, Bing ADS, and SEMRUSH (Search Ads 360 A Plus)

Abilites to Analyze Data and Provide Evidence-Based Recommendations

Experience with A / B testing and other testing metrics

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Demonstrated Success Building and Executing Multi-Channel Digital Campaigns
