We are called Primetric and we are a startup, which created a dynamically growing B2B SaaB tool, dedicated IT service industry (Software House, IT consulting).

We are looking for an experienced outbound manager / Head of Outreach, which will help us achieve ambitious growth goals, loves to work on the funnels and wants to join the core part of the team affecting the development strategy – if it is about you. Read more!

Who we are?

Primetric is a young, rapidly growing organization in which the word “change” is definitely abused, and thus there is no lack of interesting challenges and opportunities for quick learning :) There is no better environment for professional development than the growing startup that just He raised another round of financing.

SaaS, which we develop this tool to facilitate the management of the design portfolio, finance and work of people in one place. Our mission is to improve the work of managers and IT employees by providing the most important information on business, projects and people’s development. Currently, over 4,500 users use the tool.

We are supported by top investment funds from Poland: Venture Inc (Livechat founders, investors in Brand24, Infermedica), Tar Heel Capital, or WP2 Investments. This month we have acquired another investment round of 3 million.

Despite the early stage and quite a small team, we operate globally with large growth plans. Our clients are IT companies from the USA, UK, Sweden, Poland and also more exotic countries (Australia, Thailand, India, South Africa).

What is marketing in Primetric?

Marketing is currently the main engine of growth that provides new customers with the company. We work directly with the sales department, thanks to which we know what is happening “on the front” and we can quickly confront our actions with real needs of potential customers.

What is important for us in marketing work, then focus on optimizing each stage of a sales funnel. We strongly focus on analytics, focusing both at the early stages of sales and retention. Our goal is to find channels and ways to acquire customers that we will be able to effectively scale.

How do we work and what is the role of Outboound?

We work in marketing sprints, where we meet once a week and plan backlog works. They often start with the analysis of current campaigns and progress. Then follow the brainstorm and creating new ideas (hypotheses for validation) to finally choose the most interesting and plan them over time with the verification process. Over and over again :)

When something works, we dress it into a repetitive process and expand with new workflow so as to increase conversion and build further contact points. In the case of Outreachu, this is our main channel that we want to scale and develop on new markets.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an outBound from blood and bone, which quickly understands the main problems of the target group and UVP product to lead effective outreach campaigns. It is not afraid of frequent changes and consistently can verify further hypotheses.

You will be an ideal candidate if:

You have min. 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing outreachic campaigns and management of the SDR and Researchers team (preferably IT industry),

You know J.English at the level of min. C1,

Creating tests, hypotheses and validations based on measurable data (and God Feelings!;) They are something natural for you,

creativity and unconventional approach to the campaign with an emphasis on creating a relationship with prospectami is your second name,

You have confirmed Track Record (High Open Rate, Reply Rate, but above all MQL Rate),

You know the technical aspect of shipment (warming up domains, volumes planning, etc.),

You are driven by the “Get Things Done” approach

If you know Aaron Ross, Josha Brauna and a few other sweepers – a huge plus.

8000 – PLN 11,000 net on B2B or equivalent to this amount in any other agreement,
