As Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist With Web Impact You’ll do more than Provide Value To Your Team; You’ll pass That Value on to our Customers. Here’s How:
Create, Implement and Refine A Comprehensive QA Marketing Plan to Drive Quality Into The Heart of the Department;
Develop Testing Protocols to Minimize Errors Across All Marketing Channels and Ensure The Highest Standards for All Communications;
Deliver Accountability to All Pillars of Our Marketing Team;
Collaborate Closely With Your Teammates To Implement Best Practices Throughout The Design, Delivery and Optimization Process;
Clearly Communicate QA Project Status, Specifications and Issues to the Marketing Team and Internal Stakeholders;
TEST ALL ASSETS, INCLUDING WEBSITE, LANDING PAGES, MARKETING AUTOMATION WORKFLOWS, EMAILS, ETC;
Proofread and Test All Deliverables for Consistency, Image Quality, Alignment, Responsive Design, Form Fields, User Flow, Dynamic Content and Personalizations, Downloads, Link Accuracy, Event Recording, etc;
Test Functionality, Browser Compatibility, Accessibility and Information Structure, Multi-Channel Compatibility and Visual and Voice Compatibility, as well as Standards for Reliability and Usability;
Keep Meticulous Documentation and Maintain A Log Of All Test Results;
Make UseFul Design Recommendations and Document Unexpected Behavior and Errors, Then Bring Issues to the Team’s Attention;
Oversee Improvements, Verify Resolutions and Manage The Final Review;
LISTS BASED SEGMENTS DEMOGRAPHIC DATA OR ENGAGEMENT Behaviours;
Prepare Final Mailing Lists and Execute Test Send;
Regularly Clean Our Email Data Base and Detect Areas for Improvement;
Deploy All Deliverable Sand Communicate Completion to Stakeholders;
Campaigns Post-Deployment is Validate Successful Completion;
Research, Recommend and Implement Tools to Continuously Increase Quality and Automation Across The Department.

3+ Years of Quality Assurance Experience on a Digital Marketing Team;
Candidates with QA Experience on Marketing Campaigns Targeting Financial Or Public Processing Industries Get Extra Stars;
Experience Developing Quality Frameworks and Processes That Improve Efficient, Establish Standards and Ensure Accurate Campaign Delivery;
Experience Designing and Executing Tests for Both Technical Processes and Creative Assets for Accuracy and Overall Quality;
Experience Testing and Optimizing Responsive Landing Pages and Emails;
Strong Working Knowledge Of List Management and Marketing Workflows and Marketing Automation Systems;
Experience Building Service Blueprints to Map Internal Processes, Pinpoint Issues and Make Improvements for the Customer Experience;
Understanding of Current Marketing and Data Privacy Regulations;
Working Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization Best Practices;
Working Knowledge of UX and Accessibility Recommendations;
FamiliaRity with Multivariate (A / B), UX and USAbility tests;
Experience with MS Office, Especially MS Excel;
