Junior Project Manager
Workplace: Wrocław
Your responsibilities:
Defining and implementing projects
Responsibility for the scope, timeliness and budget of the project
Creating a design documentation
Building goals and Objective Key Results
Implementation of new and improving existing projects
Improving communication and cooperation between all project stakeholders in the field of project implementation
Current contact with external and internal client
Care for the quality of solutions created, methodology and providing management information
Reporting project status at every stage of their implementation
Creating a project culture throughout the organization
Our expectations:
Experience in independent projects with a medium and large scale on business and technology
Knowledge of the method of Objective Key Results and an agile approach
Experience at work in a typical agile-environment
Proactivity and openness to new solutions, communicativeness and assertiveness
High independence in action
Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
A very good work organization and the ability to conduct several projects simultaneously
Involvement and high motivation to work
