We specialize in sewn IT services. The strength of the business built is an individual approach to each client regardless of the size and budget of his company. The most important areas of our business include: rent PC, purchasing outsourcing or sale of IT equipment.

We are currently looking for a dynamic team that actively support us in the development of our sales department. For your duties, it would be primarily to manage the work of team members, actively acquiring new clients and analysis and reporting of the results of the department.

What will you deal with Switchit?

Managing and coordinating the work of the sales team. This is a very important aspect of your work, because you will be responsible for the implementation of new employees, their development, training, motivating and organization of work.

Developing skills in the field of team’s sales and negotiation and ongoing substantive support.

The implementation of sales plans (quantitative and qualitative) and striving for their piercing through active sales;)

Analysis and reporting of sales results of the entire department.

Search for new opportunities for sales development.

Creating an involved work environment based on good relationships, respect and high level of cooperation.

Active promotion of SWITCHIT services in Social Media, TJ Linkedin, Twitter.

Our expectations:

Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience on sale and you achieve success. For at least 2 years you have been guided by a team of traders and you are a born leader. You also have knowledge in the field of sale of IT equipment and easily transfer it to others.

Tools: Creating and optimizing processes are not foreign. In addition, you have liquidity in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and in Pipedrive feel like a fish in water.

Involvement: You have an attitude to troubleshoot. You have an orientation for the implementation of goals and piercing sales ceilings.

Ambitions and development: You are characterized by flexibility and ease of adaptation in a changing work environment. You can build long-term relationships in the team.

Social Media: Communication in SM is well known to you. You have a lot of experience in this field and you know how to deal with platforms such as LinkedIn.

Foreign languages: Communication with English clients is not a problem for you.
