  • Responsible for the overall campaign performance of our clients through the ownership of the overall campaign strategies.
  • Work with each service department to set the strategy of client campaigns across all digital media. The Strategist will own the strategy and will collaborate with the hopes of coming to a consensus on campaign direction.
  • Monitor campaign progress (deliverables, traffic, leads/sales goals) for each client and proactively adjust campaign strategies if the performance declines or results aren’t being realized.
  • Be present on client kick-off calls and then meet with relevant teams to organize an effective campaign strategy.
  • Be available for quarterly status meetings with clients. Those meetings might be more frequent based on client needs.
  • Be available to assist the BSMs to explain campaign strategy or to address client concerns regarding performance.
  • Work with each service department as needed, when process and quality improvement opportunities present themselves.
  • Work with the Brand Success team to show value to our clients, to continuously improve client retention rates.
  • Stay current with the ever-changing digital landscape.
  • Be available to do videos/podcasts, write articles, speak at conferences/on panels, furthering HigherVisibility’s position as a thought leader in the industry.

Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, and web and multimedia savvy. Ultimately, the outstanding Digital Strategist should have a firm grasp of the various digital touch points, steer our organization’s digital narrative, and drive highly effective digital campaigns.

Digital Strategist Requirements:

  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
  • Thorough understanding of digital touch points.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Insightful and perceptive.
  • Business knowledge.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Understanding of web analytics.
  • Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.
