We will tell you in your hands independent recruitment-to-end processes for different levels – you will look for talents from the Digital Marketing, E-Commerce & IT area and respond for all the stages of these searches, including Analysis of needs in consultation with business, recommendation of sources and tools, editing of advertisements, application selection, labor market monitoring, etc.
We hope that you will actively search for candidates, using a variety of sources (Direct Search – social media, advertising portals, career offices), effectively reach them, developing their own network of contacts and taking care of these relationships
You lead and optimize recruitment processes with an attitude to results (KPI) and on the positive experience of candidates
You will create effective tools and recruitment materials (in cooperation with our PR and graphics departments)
With diligence and good organization, take care of the contracts and documentation of our employees (including contracts, etc.) and carefully you lead the adaptation of newly recruited employees with our first steps
We are looking for you if …
You already have about 1 year of experience in independent recruitment END-TO-END to specialist positions as your full-time profession (in the personnel consulting agency, preferably in the Digital Marketing area, or in the HR department in the company from the Digital / Media / E- Commerce) – and you will be happy to tell us on examples about successes and results
You are proactively build and develop your network of relationships among active and passive candidates, you fully enjoy the potential of social media, you can charm the interlocutor, caring for Candidate Experience
You will be happy to get to know and test new HR tools, trends, novelties, you can do a good sourcing on LinkedIn or go sometimes for custom channels
You have an initiative, desire to learn, independence, you are involved in entrusted tasks and take responsibility for them and you are not afraid to solve your problems encountered
You know English at the Minimum B2 level
You have completed psychology directions, human resource management, sociology or related
You have the ability of logical and analytical thinking, you can draw conclusions and you always have a handful of recommendations and your own ideas,
You use the MS Office (Word, Excel)

Remuneration adequate to knowledge, skills and experiences:
B2B agreement (7000 – 10,000 PLN net on FV) or
Employment Agreement (PLN 5900 – PLN 8400)
