Head of Growth / User Acquisition

Tasks in this position: Responsibility for the entire marketing area including for a 7-digit marketing budget

Responsibility for designating and implementing the growth strategy and User Acquisition for our products (including a mobile application, extension to the browser)

Monitoring and optimization of key indicators – such as Involvement, retention, LTV, CAC, CR

Cooperation with persons responsible for analysis and data processing, SEM, influencer marketing and product development.

Conducting experiments, tests A / B and attitude to continuous optimization of activities :)

Our requirements: min. 5-year experience in the area of ​​marketing products focused on strong growth and user aqusision

Achievements on the User Aqusision / Marketing products

Great knowledge of Marketing Performance (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affilate Marketing)

“Data-Driver” approach

Knowledge of such tools as Google Analytics, FireBase, Google Marketing Cloud, an additional advantage will experience a bigquery

Solid knowledge and understanding trends in the world of new technologies and e-commerce

The ability to take the initiative and independent work (One-Man-Army)
