In Digitk, we turn clicks in a zloty. We are a growing Digital Agency, which works with nearly a hundred customers on a dozen or so markets. We are building permanent relationships with our clients and prepare advertisements that they sell.

We plan to implement and optimize marketing and sales funnels. Our team consists of several dozen experienced marketers who are waiting to help Markem earn more thanks to advertising in each paid ecosystem – Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Allegro, Amazon, etc. – as well as creating content in social media or content on blogs Corporate, websites, landing page.

In connection with the development, we are looking for better than ourselves.

At the moment it is Google ADS Specialist, who:

Has experience at work in the agency on a similar position (min year, preferred 2 years),

Creates advertising campaigns in the Google ecosystem, with particular emphasis on e-commerce ads (a welcome knowledge of other advertising systems) and has documented successes in this field,

Skillfully uses other Google tools: Tag Manager, Analytics, Data Studio,

He can and he likes to contact the client,

He speaks and writes in English to a communicative degree.

What exactly will be among your duties?

Creating the Google Ads / Google Merchant Center advertising plan and their execution, or campaign configuration

cooperation on the strategy and creation of sales funnel for customers together with the team and their analysis and optimization,

Current contact and building relationships with clients

Cooperation with a graphical and continuing department and external partners over promotional materials

Reporting the results of activities, recommendations for further steps to scale customer business and increasing margin,


Work completely remote in a normal office mode, in a great and harmonious team – mutual help is one of our main values.

Work on interesting projects – from famous brands of businesses, which is not loudly, and make huge results

The ability to constantly expand your competences – access to a repository of books, online courses, as well as trainings or conferences

4 Specific development paths in the company – from managerial positions by internal projects and own products after expanding specialist competences

Recruitment stages:

1. Recruitment conversation by Google Meet with Team Leader – Your future manager / manager who will check your competences and match to the team,

2. If the conversation is successful, the second stage is an online meeting 1 on 1 from CEO, Artur Jabłoński to talk about the details of cooperation.

3. If everything goes well – what we believe! – We start cooperation.
