Skowhegan Savings Bank seeks an individual to join our Marketing team as a Digital Growth Marketing Specialist.This is a full-time position, with hybrid remote/in-office flexibility.

Position Summary:

The Digital Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for paid and organic customer acquisition/retention, customer journey, and ongoing strategy and optimization of our direct digital channels. This role will work closely with our marketing, retail, and commercial teams, and will play a critical role in driving growth of the bank. This is a hybrid remote/in-office position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recommends overall digital marketing strategy by studying industry dynamics, identifying potential customers and their current and future digital needs and monitoring competition.
  • Develops and implements digital marketing strategy with specific objectives across different channels to align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Lead the execution of digital marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Leads graphic design for all digital campaigns, along with assisting with signage and promotional products.
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaign
  • Identifies trends and insights to effectively optimize spend and performance.
  • Align digital marketing strategy with the banks overall marketing and growth plan.
  • Manage all digital updates to marketing websites.
  • Explore and test new opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Plans, measures, and reports A/B tests across paid campaigns.
  • Continuously evaluate vendor and partner network to support digital marketing strategy.
  • Ensure user interface is on brand across all digital platforms.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Event Planning: Aid in the creating and executing events from pre-promotion to day of participation. Events can include trade shows, in-branch promotions, community events and client meetings for our 12 branches.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

. Requirements:Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, new media, communication design, related field or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity and ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Constant Contact, Publisher, website content management solutions, Hootsuite and other social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong writing and editing skills. Previous experience writing press releases preferred.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Outgoing, assertive, confident and enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be dependable, flexible, a team player, professional and calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity of Microsoft Office Products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage project and campaigns, partnering as needed with other business lines
  • Think strategically to ensure digital marketing program aligns with overall strategic plan
