Your responsibilities:
Customer service using Live Chat, e-mails and a lesser extent – telephone
Control of the process of delivering orders
Restaurant support in everyday work so that it arranged perfectly
Support of partners in the process of delivering meals
Supporting other departments in the company in everyday tasks
Care for a positive image of the company by building a customer relationship.
Our expectations:
Knowledge of Polish and English languages at a level that allows free communication and flawless spelling
The ability to learn quickly, including both details and more perspectives
Multitasking – the opportunity to deal with several problems simultaneously and efficiently determine their priority
Ready to work! Aim to solve problems quickly and aptly in a dynamically developing, start-up environment
Empathic approach to the interlocutor
Ability to work based on full-time or 3/4-time graphics
Openness for work between 8:00 in the morning – 2:00 at night in the scheduled system
