Our courses take place in over 40 countries – we train Google, Vodafone, Pepsi and other leading companies.

We entered the Polish market only at the end of last year, but we develop dynamically. We can not do without professionals in their field and create an ambitious team that will develop a product on the local market and will make a leader in the Edtech industry.

Now we expand our team for the position of Customer Care Service Specialist. We perfectly complement our team with knowledge of English, which will not only take care of our students, but also will help lecturers from the technical side.

Our expectations

You have experience in communication with the client and you will advise you with technical (simple) tasks;

You can calm down even the most dissatisfied customer in the blink of an eye;

You use the Win-Win strategy;

You understand how computers from the technical side work, you can diagnose and solve problems;

you have a good knowledge of English (B2 level),

You have experience in using popular software (MS Office, Adobe and other programs);

You are Guru Google Classroom.

Your scope of duties

maintain contact with the client at all stages of training;

Solve clients’ problems: help to restore deadlines on homework tasks, send homemade tasks from lecturers, help in obtaining certificates, etc.;

Telephone calls up to 2 hours a day (40 conversations), respond to online chat on the website and in groups on Facebook;

Enter and improve the Customer’s Customer Information;

Receive incoming calls and help in solving any problems of our clients, follow the missed calls;

Technical support during the online course;

Transfer and process video lectures recordings and create accounts on Google Classroom for each course.
