MultiWash is a rapidly growing startup from the technological sector, offering its clients access to the first in Poland, a nationwide car wash network, using a unique application. Our business action model is similar to or, but in relation to manual car washes. In less than 5 years after the company’s creation, we have built the largest partner car wash network in Europe, with 700 facilities in Poland and the Czech Republic. Currently, in subscription format, we only support large fleets, constituting over 20,000 vehicles, from such companies as: Pepsico, Bank Pekao, Rossmann, Adamed, Roche, ING Bank, MBank, Pfizer, Sanofi, Play, DPD, Orange, Tchibo and many more. Our closest goal is to open an application for the wide B2C market and the implementation of new functionalities.

Tasks: Strategy planning and implementation of all marketing activities and PR for Marketplace MultiWash

The ability to direct marketing activities to the B2C and B2B customer

Creating a communication strategy plan, acquisitions of new ryków and client groups

Cooperation with agencies and with subcontractors – co-creating concepts and marketing creations, supervision over the formation of high quality materials

Creating and managing marketing budget

Determining marketing goals

Analysis of needs and processes taking place

Updating knowledge on the issues regarding current trends in marketing, development directions, especially in the Marketplace and Mobile area

Active and creative searching for ideas for new sales and promotion activities

Requirements: min. 5 years of experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns and marketing campaigns

Successful experience in the field of marketing performance

Welcome directional education in the field of marketing

Experience at work on large, qualitative projects (also international), participation in creating digital campaigns and the ability to accept

Ability to optimize costs and negotiate agreements with influence, agencies, media houses

Business maturity, independence and very good work organization

Knowledge of issues in the field of marketing influence and marketing automation

Smooth knowledge of English (min. B2)
