To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks a Marketing Associate to design and implement innovative marketing programs. You will work collaboratively with BDO USA and global brand and marketing leadership to optimize the client experience and align with BDO’s brand, corporate posture and purpose.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing programs concept to execution, incorporating best practices and processes for demand creation as well as ongoing demand management and demand expansion to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. You will also manage community marketing efforts, collaborating on and maintaining relevant content for blogs, social and lead generation programs, and podcasts. As a core member of BDO Digital’s the marketing team, this position helps with ideation and creation of content marketing programs, updates and manages the marketing programs calendar and collaborates with other marketing team members.



  • Bachelor’s degree, required;
  • Majors in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or Finance, preferred


  • Minimum + years of marketing or communications experience, including b2b marketing experience, required


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • Familiarity with various marketing automation platforms including Marketo, content management systems (CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, preferred

  • Detail oriented and ability to effectively proofread all written materials including pitches, presentations, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of the development, management and execution of sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, account planning, sales strategy and development
